Tyner UMC Staff will review your information and send you a confirmation once the request has been processed. (Submitting this form does not guarantee that your request has been confirmed. After your request is reviewed you will be contacted within 5 business days to confirm building availability.)

Depending on the type of usage, there may be a fee for use of the building. Information about that will be sent to you if it is required.
