Acknowledge the Lord: Praise Him alone(vs.1-2):
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Receive the Lord: Confess (know) that He is the only true God (v.3)
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. Just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Enter the Lord’s presence with a thankful heart (vs.4-5):
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
