Christ gets involved in everyday life (vs.1-2)

As for the word that he sent to Israel, preaching good news of peace through Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all)   Acts 10:36

Christ’s power in the events of life (vs. 3-10):

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.  Hebrews 4:15

   

do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

   Philippian 4:6-7

 

Matthew 11:28 – Come to Him.

1 Peter 5:7 – Cast you cares on Him.

Romans. 8:28 – Trust Him.

Acts 16:31 – Believe on Him for salvation.

 

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9

Christ’s Provisions (Vs. 10-11): 

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
